CineGeek is a website by geeks for geeks covering all things pop culture including movies, DVD, comics, games, junk food, and so much more.  We’re different from other sites because we don’t just assume our readers are typical geeks.  For example we’ll cover the new Hulk movie but we’ll also cover the new art house documentary because we are hardcore movie fans not just fans of summer blockbusters.  The site is always growing and evolving so please feel free to drop a comment in any of our articles and let us know your thoughts!

The Podcasters

The Official CineGeek Podcast is hosted by editor/contributing writer of CineGeek  Stephen Lackey, writer Mike Young, and Alan Smith, a pop culture fanatic and host of Con Trek, the new Xbox 360 LIVE series from Captain Pixel/Cinegeek. The show is produced by Stephen and Suzie Lackey with back up from production assistant Brooke Williams. The podcast focuses on all the things covered on CineGeek including movies, DVD’s, TV, and comics. The show also covers some gadgets and tech and often other current event type pop culture headlines are discussed and even some television series that aren’t reviewed here on the site. It’s all presented in a fast paced humorous style that offers something for every kind of fan.
